Filing a claim has never been easier!

All you have to do is….

  • Review Your Claim Form. Both the online Claim Form and the detachable mailer version you received with the Notice, will be pre-filled with certain identifiers that are associated with the Progressive’s claims data for Settlement Class Members. Review the information provided for accuracy and adjust as necessary where possible (some fields cannot be changed without proper protocol and/or documentation) .
  • Attest and Submit. Attest that the information provided is true and accurate by signing the detachable mailer version that came with the Notice; or, by selecting the attestation Boolean online. By signing or selecting the Boolean, you attest that you are the named policyholder of the total loss insurance claim where a PSA was applied inappropriately.
  • Elect Payment Type and Be Rewarded. If the Settlement is approved by the Court, the Settlement Administrator will reach out to Claimants who submitted a valid, approved claim form with a survey to capture preference for payment method (check or electronic). Awards will be allocated based on the Class Member’s ACV at the time of the loss and the PSA rate that Progressive used at the time of the Valuation.

In other words, you will be reimbursed 100% for the inappropriately applied reduction to your vehicle’s actual cash value at the time of claiming a total loss. See rates below.

  • Progressive Northwestern Group is calculated at 4.02% of the ACV provided in Progressive’s claims data.
  • Progressive Direct Group and Other Underwriters Group is calculated at 3.17% of the ACV provided in Progressive’s claims data.

Please Note….

It is the responsibility of the Class Member to provide an update to the Settlement Administrator if your address and/or contact information has changed.

To submit a claim online:

Navigate to the blue claim button below and sign in, using your EID and PIN. Online Claim Forms must be submitted by 11:59pm EST on October 25, 2025.


If you received an Email Notice indicating that you are part of the Settlement Class, you will have a 10-character alphanumeric "Unique ID" and a 4-digit "PIN". Both values will be found on the top of your Email or Postcard Notice.

If you lost or did not receive your Email or Postcard Notice, please check here to use the Unique ID and PIN lookup tool. If this lookup does not locate a Unique ID and PIN, you will need to download, print, and mail a blank Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator, using the address listed below.

To mail the detachable Claim Form:

Review, sign and mail, using the Business Reply Envelope included in the contents of the postcard Notice. The envelope must be postmarked no later than October 25, 2025, and mailed to the following address:
